Working with Triple D taught me a lot about nutrition. I had no idea just how out of balance my meals were and how much added sugar I previously had in my diet. Not only did I learn how to balance my meals, but I was also introduced to new ways to prepare foods that I once thought I didn't like. Through the initial 30 day challenge, I learned how to eat better.  My trainer was always available whenever I had questions and I really appreciated that.  I apply his concepts every day.  Now when I shop, I thoroughly read the food labels and look for added sugars, realizing that many labels are very misleading.  I lost a total of 25lbs and dropped one pant size in 30 days.  Friends and family want to know my secret about how I lost weight.
