"Do I need a gym membership?"
• Answer: You do not need a membership for the 1:1 Remote Coaching. I build your program around whatever equipment you have—whether that’s a full commercial gym, a home garage, or just a set of bands. However, you must have a gym membership for In-Person Training.

"Is this appropriate for beginners or seniors?"
• Answer: Yes! This is absolutely appropriate for beginners and/or seniors. My specialty is the "Methodical Build." We start exactly where you are capable and safe, and we grow from there.
"Do you work with people on Semaglutide/Weight Loss Meds?"
• Answer: Yes. I specialize in the nutritional and strength support required to ensure you maintain muscle mass while losing weight on these medications.
