Customized App Access: Your workout on your phone with video demos for every movement.

The "Virtual Eye" Form Review: You upload videos of your key lifts. I send back detailed feedback to correct your technique (safety is priority #1).

Weekly Video/Audio Check-ins: A personalized video from me every week reviewing your progress and setting goals for the next 7 days.

Nutrition & Habit Coaching: We don't just count calories; we build sustainable eating habits that fit your lifestyle.

Hybrid Option: Many clients combine 1 session a week in-person with my Online App for the rest of the week.

How we take you from where you are to where you want to be.

1. The Audit: We start with a deep dive into your injury history, lifestyle constraints, and goals. We don't guess; we assess.

2. The Foundation: We build your initial program to establish safe movement patterns and consistency. We focus on form first.

3. The Progression: Once the foundation is set, we methodically increase the challenge. This ensures continuous results without the risk of burnout or injury.

FAQ

"Do I need a gym membership?"

• Answer:  You do not need a membership for the 1:1 Remote Coaching. I build your program around whatever equipment you have—whether that’s a full commercial gym, a home garage, or just a set of bands.  However, you must have a gym membership for In-Person Training.

"Is this appropriate for beginners or seniors?"

• Answer: Yes!  This is absolutely appropriate for beginners and/or seniors. My specialty is the "Methodical Build." We start exactly where you are capable and safe, and we grow from there.

 

"Do you work with people on Semaglutide/Weight Loss Meds?"

• Answer: Yes. I specialize in the nutritional and strength support required to ensure you maintain muscle mass while losing weight on these medications.
